Did CFB decide they didn't want to compete with the NFL on Thursday night and throw out this chump game to fill the time slot?
C'mon give us a good game. They can hang with Wash/Jets? Oh well, gotta start looking at these two donkey teams!

You will be seeing CUSA games on weekdays the entire year. CUSA has a contract with ESPN to show one game a week on a weekday. Hell, there are some games even scheduled for Tuesdays and Wed. Foots every day of the week is ESPN's goal.

Some football is better than no football at all!
However, I just wish it was some "good" games, not that they won't be close or exciting, but they will be middle of the pack teams.

Time to start studying up on CUSA I guess. Does the forum have anyone who considers themself an "expert" on CUSA? I know there are a few guys that tend to 'specialize' in certain conferences, teams, or geographic areas.

Trying to arm myself with as much good knowledge as possible.

Still pissed about that OkSt. game. I will always root for the BigXII when I have a chance (Mizzou over Ill

). After the first drive to make it 7-3 I thought it was money in the bank. I called OkSt as an outright winner. There were 3 turnovers that lost them the game, pure and simple. One for a touchdown, and the other set up a short field for NEB only other touch.
Don't fall in love w/ NEB. I still think they are just an ok team. Offense is still average at best and they will need that D to keep them in and win games in the tough big twelve this year.

F-ing Pokes! let me down!

I "specialize" in C-USA, SEC, ACC, and Big East. These are the teams I have focused on in years. I have a play on Southern Miss (see my thread.)

they really wouldnt have to compete with thursday night NFL.. .the C-USA game goes off 2 hours earlier and with all the pre game NFL hoopla, the C-USA game would more than likely be over with by the start of JETS/WASH
